A day in the life 23.05.11

The threads:
Okay, these 2 are (unseen threads) from last week, but what the hey!

(above) Geren Ford knit (from Shopbop)/ Nudie jeans / Converse trainers / Vanessa Bruno tote (from Net-a-porter) / Spell Byron Bay necklace
 - AND -
(below) Bassike dress (with a nude slip underneath) / Topshop coat (from eBay) / Siren "Republic" boots

The newsletter:
A few weeks back, I tweeted about a newsletter I wanted to share. It's that good. When the Sophie Hart Style hits my inbox each week, I go a little "click-crazy" (that's a snippet of last week's newsletter, below). See something you like in the email? Simply click to buy. I've been introduced to some awesome websites/online stores through SHS, so click over to their Facebook page and sign up for a weekly hit of "fashion & style inspiration". And tell your friends you have a personal stylist, because you do now! PS Make sure you "Like" them while you're there.

The table swoon:
When I recently asked for sofa suggestions, Jardan was the name on everybody's lips. Well guess what? As of last week they have a "super soulful" new table! Everybody, Quincy. Quincy, Everybody. Desirably groovy? Tick.

The magazines:

(above) A Fergie-fied Lucky, June 2011.
(below) US Elle, April 2011 (What? $5.95? Sold!)

The coffee table candy:
"Timeless Topical: Selected Works by Timur Designs". Timur Designs is an architecture consultancy firm established in 1991 by Yong Ai Loon. In 1995, Chai Wai Kin joined the firm as a partner (prior to 1991, both partners worked together at another architectural firm where they helped win two design competitions for the Chinese High School & Hwa Chong Junior College and the Outward Bound Singapore on Pulau Ubin). Since the formation of Timur Designs, a wide spectrum of projects have been completed, both in Singapore & abroad. Click to buy.

The DIY:
You'll need: a printer & some coloured paper. Because let's face it, vitamins are ugly. Via Everything Fab (and it is).

The other DIY:
A Moroccan Wedding Blanket as a headboard? Hell yeah! Click to view the range of Table Tonic Vintage Moroccan Wedding Blankets. PS Big thanks to Nat for the Remodelista alert!

The reader photo:
"Katherine's" new Table Tonic pouffes in Natural & White. Pretty, no? Click to browse.

The street style:
While I'm not sure I would head out in this exact ensemble, it makes for great blog-fodder. I love how the 3 purple items she's wearing all match perfectly! Hats off to her. And Stockholm Street Style of course.

The end.
