Hellooooooooo! That was a long break, huh? Well school is back and so is the TT blog (yaaay!), so thank you so much for bearing with me! I hope you all had beautiful Christmas-sss and New Years-sss - here are 9 things I learned over the past 4 weeks:
(above) I learnt that a matching shoe/bag combo will get you far in life. Well, it will get you out the door looking "put-together", anyway... Wearing: K Jacques sandals, Country Road pants, Vanessa Bruno bag.
(above) I learnt that Mr Tonic's parents house is rather a nice way to wake up on Australia Day. Even when the weather is anything but.
(above) I learnt that Mr Tonic's parents house is rather a nice place for lunch on Australia Day!
(above) I learnt that our new breeze block wall beneath the front deck is going to look a little bit special. And yes, it will be Palm-Springs-white.
(above) I learnt that a Yellow Juju Hat goes far in elevating one's general disposition. Oh, plus they look damn good on a wall! Click to buy (Large, $650 or Small, $399).
(above) I learnt that good things must be purchased in twos (one for the shower, one for the basin). This is my current cleanser - Simplicite "Plant Gel Cleanser 1". Gentle, creamy, foaming, smells like roses? Tick, tick, tick, tick. I know. Buy it here.
(above) Vintage Levi 501 shorts, Kaye Quiney top, Mr Tonic's Gucci watch, Isabel Marant sneakers.
(above - and below is what I'm wearing today!) I learnt that the cost per wear on my new Isabel Marant Bobby (or Betty or whatever they're called) sneakers may in fact be as little as 11 cents by the end of the year. So good they sold out at Net-a-porter in, like, 2 days. Quick or the dead, people!
